Compliance specialists


We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our fast paced, unique Dental Consulting Team.This position is full-time and can be local or virtual depending on qualifications and experience. 


The primary functions of the record auditor are:
- Professional communication with clients 

- Coordinating access to client dental software systems

- Conducting compliance consultations and training 

        - via Zoom

        - in person

- Preparing and sending reports to clients

- Discussing reports with clients

- Creating training courses

- Supporting other divisions as dictated by company needs




Skills:
- Eye for detail

- Ability to follow detailed instructions

- Ability to work with little supervision

- Superior communication skills both written and verbal

- Attitude, curiosity, and drive of a detective

- Ability to work with high level executives and clinicians

- Ability to communicate effectively with dental professional 

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential

- Ability to share difficult news/information with tact and professionalism

- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, state dental board rules, CDC Guidelines for Dental Infection Control, state radiation rules, HIPAA and state laws related to information privacy and security




Experience Required:
- 2 years current experience overseeing compliance functions for a dental office required

- Experience/familiarity with dental anesthesia desirable,

- Experience with dental specialties including endodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics desirable

- Experience with Medicaid desirable


Possibility for virtual work space. Training in the Fort Worth, TX area. Moderate to heavy travel likely.


Marketing team member


We are looking for a full-time Marketing Team Member to join our team. The primary function of this role is to support the sales and marketing team. We are looking for an individual who can take on this role and make it their own. This person should possess the ability to work above and beyond and push past the “it’s not my job” mentality. Organization and efficiency is a must. This role offers growth potential.

The primary functions of the record auditor are:
- Write emails 

- Track results of marketing campaigns

- Market podcasts

- Book guests on podcast, book our team on other podcasts

- Schedule speaking engagements

- Website management (uploading blogs, keyword management, etc)

- Market research

- Webstore management (uploading new products, editing products, etc)

- Content curation

- Manage CRM System

- Work with team on annual conference planning and support

- Inbound and outbound phone work

- Other tasks as needed to support the company



Skills:
- Eye for detail

- Superior communication skills both written and verbal

- Team player

- Never take No for an answer attitude 

- Comfortable talking to clients and potential clients

- Able to communicate with high level executives and professionals

- Able to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changes

- Composing, Editing Emails
