This course is designed to educate dental professionals on the importance of understanding, preventing, and addressing sexual harassment within the workplace. Through a mix of theory, case studies, and practical solutions, participants will learn to create a safe and respectful work environment for all staff and patients.

Audience: Required for dental offices with 50 or more employees. 

Course Objectives:

• Define sexual harassment and identify its various forms within a dental office setting.
• Understand the legal frameworks and policies surrounding sexual harassment in the workplace. 
• Recognize the signs of sexual harassment and the impact it has on victims and the workplace environment. 
• Implement effective prevention strategies to maintain a harassment-free workplace. 
• Respond appropriately to sexual harassment complaints and allegations, including reporting procedures and support systems for victims.
