Duane "The Tooth Cop" Tinker is an experienced dental compliance consultant with a background in law enforcement and emergency medical services. With over 20 years as an Emergency Medical Technician and 10 years as a Law Enforcement officer, Duane has a unique perspective and skill set that he brings to his role as Chief Executive Officer and owner of Dental Compliance Specialists.

Prior to joining Dental Compliance Specialists, Duane worked as an investigator for the Texas Dental Board, where he gained valuable experience in dental compliance and regulatory requirements. He is committed to helping our clients stay compliant with state and federal regulations and works closely with them to develop customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

In addition to his professional experience, Duane is also a licensed dental hygienist, which gives him a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the importance of compliance. He is passionate about ongoing education and professional development and is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and regulations.

Outside of work, Duane enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in his community. He is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise and looks forward to helping them achieve their compliance goals.

Jacqueline Tinker is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Dental Compliance Specialists. With a background in healthcare administration, Jacqueline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is committed to helping our clients achieve their compliance goals and works closely with them to develop customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Deanna Otts-Whitfield is a Compliance Consultant, former United States Marine, and Registered Dental Hygienist at Dental Compliance Specialists. As a former Marine, Deanna brings a unique perspective and skill set to her role as a Compliance Consultant. In addition to her military experience, Deanna is also a registered dental hygienist, which gives her a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the regulatory requirements that our clients must adhere to.

Dayana Leyva has worked in the dental administration field for over 10 years. Her love for the industry started early on, as she knew she wanted to be a part of ensuring that patients receive quality care. Over the years, Dayana has gained extensive experience in various roles, from receptionist to office lead, claims team, and even dental assisting.

In her current position, Dayana is part of the dental compliance team as a client relationship specialist, where she is committed to ensuring our clients are being taken care of. From gathering information to customize their compliance manuals, tracking credentials, sending forms our clients may need, to a simple password reset. She will gladly help with anything you might need!

Dayana enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in her free time, having cookouts and watching the latest movie in theaters. Dayana is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our clients and looks forward to working with you!
